Minimum wage rises to £6.50 on 1st October.

Huh, £6.50/hour does not meet the living wage of £7.65.  It just allows officials to be self congratulatory in terms of minimum wage policy.  Policy that allows for the exploitation of millions of workers that supply labour for a non living wage.  A wage that forces people in to a vortex of debt, hardship and poverty  while allowing corporations' profits to grow.  Is this the economic growth that we should thank the government for?
